Refund policy
At ARTIFICE HOME, our returns and exchanges policy is aligned with consumer protection standards, aiming to guarantee an efficient, agile, and fully satisfactory experience for you, our customer.
Timeframe for Returns or Exchanges
All customers of ARTIFICE HOME have the right to request an exchange or return of their order within 7 calendar days following delivery, in the event that the product does not meet expectations.
Procedure for Returns or Exchanges
Upon contacting us via email or phone, we will send you a form to fill out and return alongside the item(s). It is essential to include this form when returning the product. Prior communication with our Customer Support (SAC) team is mandatory to avoid items being sent back without prior authorization. On the back of the tax invoice (Nota Fiscal) being returned/exchanged, the customer must write the reason for the return/exchange, the name of the person returning it, their tax ID (CPF), and the date of return.
Return Due to Change of Mind / Cancellation
If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind upon receiving it, the window to request a return is seven calendar days from the delivery date. In this scenario, the following conditions must be strictly observed:

The product must not show any signs of use or wear.

The item should preferably be returned in its original packaging.

The product must be accompanied by its tax invoice (Nota Fiscal), original labels, tags (label with the product reference code) securely attached to the item, and all its original accessories.
Costs
The entire exchange and return process is completely free of charge for the customer. There are no fees for exchanges or returns initiated within the warranty period.
Processing & Refund Times
All customers will receive their refund within 7 days, provided that all return and exchange guidelines have been fully complied with. A full refund or exchange will be issued as soon as the returned product is received and inspected.

Bank Slip (Boleto) and PIX: After providing your banking details, the reimbursement will be credited to your bank account within 5 business days.

Credit Card: The refunded amount will be credited directly to your credit card statement. Your card issuer will be notified immediately, and the process may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your card's closing date and the date of the refund request. Please note: The credit card administrator and the issuing bank are solely responsible for reflecting the balance in your account.
